A cancellation policy exists for Dr McKeag's rooms. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please notify the surgery and our staff will be able to reschedule. If you confirm a first consultation appointment up to 48 hours prior, but do not attend without notifying the rooms, the full consultation fee will apply.
